Get back in touch with nature

We have a huge passion for the outdoors and believe that taking the time for yourself to enjoy nature can have a huge impact on both your physical and mental health.

The purpose of this blog is to share hiking guides, itineraries to beautiful destinations, hiking & camping tips, and more in hopes of inspiring you to get out and explore the outdoors!

Welcome!

Hi! We’re Mia & Jay, a couple based in the Pacific Northwest who love being active and exploring new places.

We believe that life wasn’t meant to be lived behind a desk. We think that if you’re going to spend your time doing something, it should be something you’re passionate about – something that gets your blood pumping and makes you come alive. And we believe that the best way to do that is by exploring the outdoors.

That’s why we started Hike and Seek Adventures: so we could share our adventures with other people and inspire them to get out in nature more often.

The outdoors await you.

We believe there’s nothing more important than getting outside. We’re biased: we love hiking, the outdoors, and travel. But we also know that being in nature is better for your body and mind.
